Over the past years, I have progressed from a carer to a care coordinator and registered manager within a CQC-registered care agency. With over eight years of experience in the care industry and a Level 4 Advanced Health & Social Care Certificate from the City and Guilds of London Institute certificate, I founded the Sheila-Jeans Home Care Ltd. Despite being the director, I remain actively involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring my vision and standards are consistently upheld. Sheila-Jeans Home Care Ltd is named in honour of two beloved Nanas I cared for until they passed away. This personal connection inspired me to create a home care company that families can trust. I identified issues with existing care companies and was determined to provide a higher standard of care. Naming the company Sheila-Jeans was my way of honouring these incredible women. My core values are respect, care and compassion, integrity, professionalism, and fair value.
